Porsche Design and Newgard Development Group announced Porsche Design Concours on September 28, 2026. The concept pairs privately owned automobile studios with a membership-based clubhouse.

The first announced destinations are Dallas, Texas, and West Palm Beach, Florida. The partners describe 44 studios across the two locations, with 22 at each site, ranging from 2,700 to 6,000 square feet. Sales are by invitation.

Car storage becomes a space to spend time

The announcement describes deeded studios with mezzanines, bathrooms, wet bars and climate control. Its focus is a setting where owners can store cars while also using the space for work, leisure and gatherings.

Keep an announcement separate from an operating destination

Readers interested in the project should confirm construction progress, opening timing, ownership costs and clubhouse terms directly. Announced locations should not automatically be treated as completed facilities or public attractions.

Our editorial takeaway is that the proposal targets the experience around a collection, rather than introducing a new vehicle. This report is coverage of a business announcement, not an endorsement of a property purchase.
